由於迅雷下載出問題，而迅雷5.9或其他BT軟體能替代使用，所以朋友改用迅雷5.9，沒想到17日朋友來電說迅雷5.9又無法使用。

後來找到目前解決方式

需管理者權限來修改「C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc」資料夾中的「hosts」檔案，如果提示要權限，可以Copy到桌面後，修改完後再Copy貼回去。
用記事本開啟「C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc」資料夾中的「hosts」檔案後

# 屏蔽迅雷9右邊網頁

簡單說就是把「C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc」資料夾中的「hosts」檔案先Copy到桌面後，用記事本開啟「hosts」檔案後
把這幾行 加進去後存檔
127.0.0.1 hub5btmain.sandai.net
127.0.0.1 hub5idx.shub.sandai.net
127.0.0.1 hub5pr.sandai.net
127.0.0.1 hub5idx.shub.sandai.net
127.0.0.1 hub5pr.sandai.net
127.0.0.1 upgrade.xl9.xunlei.com
127.0.0.1 pc.xunlei.com
127.0.0.1 home.xl9.xunlei.com

修改完、再丟到C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc」資料夾覆蓋「hosts」檔案，覆蓋後記得重開機才會生效。
